Our Providers

Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 1988.  He completed his residency at the University of Rochester in New York in 1988.  He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1985.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1981.   

Dr. Dan Feldman has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 2001.  He completed his residency at Inova-Fairfax Hospital for Children in 2001.  He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1997.  He received his undergraduate degree from Oakland University in 1988.  

Dr. Bret Johnson has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 2023. He completed his residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in 2022 and was chief resident for 2023. He received his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine-Harlem in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015.

Dr. Vi Nguyen has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 2017.  She completed her residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014.  She received her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2011.  She received her undergraduate degree from Rice University in 2007.  

Dr. Aasha Parikh has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 2009.  She completed her residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in 2009.  She received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2006.  She received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2002.  

Dr. Linda Paxton has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 1990.  She completed her residency at Children's National Medical Center in 1990.  She received her medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1987.  She received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland College Park in 1983.  

Dr. Nadira Ramnarain has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 2021.  She completed her residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in 2021.  She received her medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2018.  She received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland College Park in 2013.  

Dr. Robin Witkin has been a physician at Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Silver Spring since 1993.  She completed her residency at Children's National Medical Center in 1993.  She received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1990.  She received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1986.
